Hot Mix Yoga™ is a combination of yoga lineages, most deeply rooted in Ghosh Yoga, after Bishnu Ghosh and the classic 26 & 2 series.

Considered a beginner’s class, the twenty six postures and two breathing exercises are traditionally done in a heated and humidified setting, and in a prescribed sequence for maximum benefit.

The series begins with a breathing exercise and standing postures, progresses to the deeper floor postures and concludes with a final breathing exercise. Come build heat and challenge your focus, stamina, strength, and flexibility, in addition to the many other benefits of yoga.
